The Central Research Team has presented and published the progress and the research results at various congresses and conferences. Therefore this section consists of travel reports and information about these events:
The topic of the 21st IPMA World Congress in Cracow/Poland was "Project Management Essential Reality for Business and Government". Eva Füssinger and Violeta Siminoescu (ROLAND GAREIS CONSULTING srl, Romania) handed in the paper "Benchmarking of the mature ratio of project-oriented nations emphasizing on Austria and Romania", which was presented by Eva and Dagmar Zuchi (ROLAND GAREIS CONSULTING GmbH, Austria). ----------------------------------------------------------------------- The Research Programme Working Session of the Project Management Institute (PMI) took place with 60 international participants from theory and practice in the framework of the EMEA Global Congress 2007. There Eva Füssinger had the possibility to present the final results of the reserach programm and to draw upon the synergies between PM Research and PM Practice. The pm days'07 is the international project management event in Austria. At this conference the final results of the research programme have been presented by Roland Gareis and following project team members from three different nations: Alina Bargaoanu (ROM), Loredana Calinescu (ROM), Eva Füssinger (AUT) and Donatas Ramonas (LIT). This was the first event organised by the International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) together with the International Project Management Association (IPMA). At this conference Eva Füssinger presented the research programme and its first results. Please download the presentation here.
Eva Füssinger, the programme management assistant, presented "Maturities of project-oriented Companies in 15 project-oriented Nations - The research programme: project orientation [international]" at the 19th IPMA World Congress, which took place from November 13th - 16th, 2005.
